Humira injections

2 days ago, I had my second dose of Humira. It was unbearably painful. I can not imagine doing this every 2 weeks. It was so bad, that I would rather have IV Remicade, so I asked my rheumatologist to switch my medication. At least I can play basketball again, because the Humira is working. We are waiting for approval from the government to switch the medications. Remicade requires a 4 hour infusion once a month which I will be receiving at the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in downtown Toronto.
